Warranty Commitment
We stand by our products. If any defect arises from materials, workmanship, or functionality, we will take steps to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Warranty Period
- Within 2 years of purchase: Free repair or replacement for factory defects causing product malfunction (excluding obvious user wear or extreme damage).
- After 2 years of purchase: we will offer a 20% off discount for upgrading to the new product.
Claims Process

Prepare order information (order number or receipt).
Provide a brief description of the issue.
Take photos/videos documenting the problem.

Upon verification, we will arrange replacement parts or a new product and keep you updated.
